Wusthof’s Crafter knife series is a high-quality product built with carefully selected raw materials from smoked oak, brass, and stainless steel. It is forged from one piece of stainless steel with the final buffing done by hand. This handle is unique in that it has traditional brass rivets and the handle is made from smoked oak.
